This £159k project was completed on budget and to time – within the 5 week school holiday period. The project for the Diocese of Exeter was for refurbishment of corridors, classrooms and the staff room. The existing rooms and corridors were in a very poor condition and the works consisted of replacement suspended ceilings, new lights, redecoration, new doors and new lockable pinboards. We also replaced the upvc windows in one classroom.

The most important aspect of the contract was to deliver a quality product in a short space of time, this involved careful selection of sub-contractors who could cope with the works in a very busy period. It also required careful co-ordination on site to avoid trades falling over each other.
