Refurbishment of a former Citizens Advice Bureau into 3 flats for our client Earlspring Property Investment. This £215k project in Newton Abbot had a 20 week duration. The existing building which records show was formally a barn, was stripped of its previous owners partitions and fixtures and fittings to expose a sadly neglected building.

The building was taken back to its bare bones, extended significantly and refitted to modern standards to form 3 new 2 bedroom apartments. Many previously hidden problems were discovered and rectified to produce quality accommodation.

Quality and the ability to provide prime accommodation within a tight budget were key to this scheme, the outcome has proven good team work can produce a top class product within the financial constraints.
