Vinery Salcombe
Cruse and Bridgeman were employed in May 2014 to complete the internals of Vinery and the construction of the swimming pool, Annexe and access road.
This was a very difficult site just outside the town centre. Construction of this build was a mixture of block-work, steelwork, timber frame with Delabole slate roofs and large paned fine line windows. The internal walls are mainly plastered finish with timber oak flooring.
The Annexe and retaining walls are all stone faced with imported Purbeck walling stone.
The swimming Pool is a concrete structure on piled foundations with a glass end. Westcountry Leisure have designed and installed the pool.
